Silicone Mold Making

Most mold makers create one-piece molds, however we have the experience and skill to produce molds that are two or more sections. Our multipart molds fit together cleanly and barely leave seamlines if any in your finished casting.

3D Design & Rendering

Some engineers will build a crane just to move a boulder. We love engineering too, but we take a very practical approach. We strive for simple, clean solutions and it often starts with smart 3D modeling and artwork generation.

Height Definition Thermoforming

Typically, thermoforming is used to make parts or packaging with soft rounded edges. Many shops that can do that, but we have modified our equipment to allow us to create impressions with impressive detail and minimally tapered side walls.

3D Printing

3D printing is great, but even today, each machine has its limitations. We are not a print shop, but instead we use the technology as a steppingstone to help build meaningful prototypes.

CNC Solutions

We have a four CNC machines and use them everyday, but really, they are just another part of tool box to achieve a goal. CNC combined with other equipment is where the music really happens.

Over twenty years ago, we started as an art fabrication studio with traditional tools and skillsets. When you want something a programmer may struggle to make, we can go old school when needed.
