Heralding Spring, asparagus is a seasonal favorite! To make this mold, three different stalks were harvested fresh and cast just after the stems were snapped. The mold produces the three stalks, each cast three times, for a total of nine cavities for production. How will you surprise your guests; chocolate flavored, filled with butter or mousse?
Each of the 9 cavities measure at approx. 5” x 0.75” diameter
Made of high-quality food-contact safe platinum silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 400° F/ 204° C. Casts with a blast freezer or liquid nitrogen. Handmade in the USA.
