This Corn Nibble silicone mold is the result of an exciting collaboration with competition Chef Corey Siegel. It was designed to cast organic looking bite size corn portions - consistently. The first time he presented the Corn Nibble in competition, the judges were thrilled by the concept and presentation. With 27 cavities production is very efficient!
Chef Corey Siegel's Corn Mousse recipe is included with each order.
Each of the 27 castings measures about: 2.25” x 1” x 0.25” height
Made of high-quality food-contact safe platinum silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 400° F/ 204° C. Casts with a blast freezer or liquid nitrogen. Handmade in the USA.
