To create this silicone Fig Mold, fresh figs were cast to capture their character and shape just right. Anything you cast will be easily recognized by your guest. With six cavities of different figs, our test-kitchen chefs were really excited about their results with this mold.
Each of the six castings measure about: 1.875” x 1.3” diameter with 20ml volume
Made of high-quality food-contact safe platinum silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 400° F/ 204° C. Casts with a blast freezer or liquid nitrogen. Handmade in the USA.
