What are commonly known as Navel Oranges, are so because of the genetic mutation, a second fruit or “navel” that grows on inside. They are loved as they are easy to peal, seedless, juicy and deliciously sweet. Amazingly, they are all clones of an original 200 year old tree.
How will you use your Navel Orange? Cast hallow filled with other chocolates? Or perhaps as a dessert, filled with cream and perfectly balanced compote? We provide you with the molds the recipes are up to you!
This two-part silicone Navel Orange mold has a nice size filling hole to make your work easier. It measures roughly 2.7 in (6.85 cm) round.
Made of high-quality food-contact safe platinum silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 400° F/ 204° C. Casts with a blast freezer or liquid nitrogen. Handmade in the USA.
