Broccoflower is a chartreuse colored edible flower bud of a cross between cauliflower and broccoli. We’ve been captivated by this fractal marvel since we first saw them at a San Francisco Farmer’s Market (although it’s been grown in Italy for centuries). With a crunchier texture than cauliflower and a milder more delicate nutty flavor it’s become a favorite of artist savory presentations.

This Romanesco Silicone Mold is about:
2.8” x 2.7” x 2.48” high
7.2cm x 7cm x 6.3 cm high
Made of high-quality food-contact safe platinum silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 400° F/ 204° C. Casts with a blast freezer or liquid nitrogen. Handmade in the USA.
