A chef favorite, this walnut meat silicone mold provides easy and efficient casting.

Size: Approximately 6" (15 cm) in diameter x ¼ (6 mm) thick.


The mold measures about 6.25” (15.875 cm) x 8" (20.32 cm) just right for a quarter sheet pan. Each of the 30 castings measures about: 1" (2.54 cm) round and .4" (1 cm) deep.


Made of high-quality food-contact safe platinum silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 400° F/ 204° C. Casts with a blast freezer or liquid nitrogen. Handmade in the USA.
