This two-part, fitted silicone mold allows you to cast six contoured ovals at the same time. Originally designed for award-winning UK Chocolatier and Confectioner, Ruth Hinks (http://www.cocoablack.com/) for her plated dessert at the World Chocolate Masters, this modern 'beehive' is the result of collaborative effort with The Chicago School of Mold Making. About the size of an actual large egg, it is perfect for a mousse, or frozen dessert with something tucked inside. This contoured sensual oval will add a sleek and modern look to any plate.
