Chef Stéphane Tréand, M.O.F., designed this silicone butterfly mat so you may make your own sugar showpiece in just a few minutes. Now you can make your own butterfly simply by cutting out the wings and dipping them into hot sugar or Isomalt. Once you assemble the wings, your butterfly will have a wingspan of nearly 12"! Showpeels can also be used to make chocolate, pastillage or fondant look amazing. Let your imagination fly!

Showpeel mats are ~8.5" (21 cm) x 11" (28 cm) and come with instructions.

Made of food contact safe silicone. Wash before use.
Do not heat above 300° F/ 148° C. Handmade in the USA.
