Use these modern-styled wings to add a certain lightness to your creation. The Flight Showpeels are also perfect for making fins for your hand-blown sugar fish or for adding a little flame to your hot rod. This Showpeel requires some careful cutting, but the extra effort is well worth it. Use the peels to create wings, fins or flames. Cut out the four peels, dip them into hot sugar or Isomalt, attach to your structure and then airbrush. The silicone Showpeels can also be used for texturing chocolate, pastillage or fondant.
